2001-2005: Studied at Newark School of Violin Making. This is an internationally renowned course from which I gained a Diploma in making and repairing.

2002-2006: Worked as an assistant repairer in the Unison Strings workshop in The Custard Factory, Birmingham.

2004 Summer: Attended a Bow Making Course at the Cambridge workshop of Juliet Barker and made a violin bow under the instruction of Chris Halstead 

As a player I am sensitive to the needs of musicians and am happy to advise on the set up of your instrument to achieve its optimal performance.
